What do I need to become an LOTF franchise partner?

A passion for people, the planet and animals is a great start! Excellent customer service, leadership and communication skills as well as previous businesses management skill are also ideal to help your Lord of the Fries store thrive.

What is the process of becoming a franchise partner?

First step is to fill out the franchising form and we’ll get back to you with our information pack!

How much does it cost to set up an LOTF store?

Franchising investment ranges from $200,000 to $350,000 plus GST. This is dependent on the location, size and layout of your store.

What ongoing fees need to be considered?

An ongoing 6% Royalty Fee and a Marketing Levy of 3% are payable weekly on gross sales.

What support is provided?

Lord of the Fries offers a turnkey solution, with over 15 years of experience we have proven, great systems in place that will assist with the day to day management of your restaurant. Head office assists with training staff, ongoing marketing and advertising support from trusted external partners.

Can I own more than one?

Yes, definitely!

Do I have to work in the store day-to-day?

All Lord of the Fries franchisees need to be owner-operators, offering on the ground support and management to your teams.

How are locations assessed?

LOTF works with a retail expert who has ongoing relationships with real estate and shopping centre to develop and assist with location identification.

Do I need prior experience in the food industry?

While its beneficial to have some hospitality and customer service experience, it’s not an essential requirement. LOTF provides comprehensive training and support for all new franchisees, so all you need are people skills, financial stability, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the brand!
